| Shadow is a beautiful example of what an Arabian cross will produce. A talented athlete herself, she has taken a couple of years to raise foals for us. She was so desperate to raise foals that she would try to steal them from other mares. (If she were human she would be snatching babies from supermarkets!) We finally gave her the opportunity to show us what she could do - and they are beautiful. In 2001 she "mothered" an orphan from Hazira El Shams and is an excellent replacement mom. |
