4:30pm people to arrive (say 4:15 in the announcement so people arrive on time)

5pm ceremony

5:30pm dinner (quickly doing pictures & then joining the reception)

6:30pm start dancing

10:30pm clean up

11pm gone

Stereo music, 3:30t 4:10

Live music 4:10t4:30, & at the end ~5pm

Stereo music, 6t10:30

Will need a set up crew for tables, linens, & chairs, around 2/3pm also to clean up linens and buffet area about 9pm.
